- Spare parts procurement for the Plant machinery
- Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, PLC (material and services) for the Production, Maintenance, HSE and Technical centre
- AMC requirements for the Plant and machinery
- Procurement of services and material for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical items on time
- Reviewing and approving all RFQ, Supplier Selection and negotiating with suppliers & vendors, supplier evaluation,
- Preparing PO, Follow up with vendors for till payment to vendor and then vendor rating and development.
- Working experience in Dynamics 365 and Office
- Handle emergency situations and unplanned maintenance needs by quickly sourcing and procuring necessary MRO items.
- Supplier Performance Evaluation, regularly assess supplier performance, provide feedback, and work on improving supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, focusing on favourable terms, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
