- Contribute to the creation of design deliverables, including wireframes, page flow diagrams, and design mockups.
- Develop cross-platform web and mobile UI/UX (iOS, Android, etc.).
- Evaluate and measure recently released product features to establish benchmarks and identify areas for improvement.
- Create "pixel-perfect" design files.
- Stay updated on UX trends and seek creative inspiration from various industries.
- Provide expert guidance on technical solution architecture.
- Mentor team members.
- Collaborate directly with project team members to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative solutions.
- Engage in multiple Digital Innovation projects from initiation to completion.
- Communicate with Digital/BIM and Project stakeholders, including IT managers.
- Interact with users to comprehend business processes and gather comprehensive user requirements.
- Draft and review systems specifications, adhering to functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough systems testing to ensure bug-free programs/platforms.
- Coordinate with outsourcers and communicate agreed-upon requirements.
- Prepare project-specific Technical Requirement Specifications.
- Perform coding (where required), testing, and implementation.
- Prepare and/or review approved test plans and test specifications, ensuring quality implementation.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training.
- Swiftly resolve rollout issues and provide effective problem resolutions.
- Manage the development of software by a software partner.
- Address interface issues between different platforms.
- Contribute to the reliability and maintainability of enterprise software solutions.
- Explore innovative technologies and assess their relevance.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of modern technology applications to enhance product value.
- Report to the Line Manager in a structured manner.
