Butcher

We are looking for a skilled Butcher to provide high-quality and safe service. The Butcher will perform quality cuts of meat while ensuring the proper sanitation and cleanliness of the work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different cuts of meat, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Performing quality cuts of meat according to customer specifications - Weighing, wrapping, and pricing meat products - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area - Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed - Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role in a Catering or business with volume requirements - Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their best uses - Excellent knife skills and ability to use meat processing equipment - Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication and customer service skills - Must be in the UAE and can start ASAP
