Job Description

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in project management, preferably within Oil & Gas industries.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 corporate Project Management implementations, with a focus on Oil and Gas.
  • Strong familiarity with Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) projects.
  • Experience in implementing optimization solutions in NGL/LNG/Ethylene plants or Refineries.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in Jira or comparable project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of web-based applications, AI, and Big Data concepts.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Petroleum, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project scopes in collaboration with clients and technology providers.
  • Review and finalize project Statements of Work (SOW) with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare Tender Packages and oversee the procurement process.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of proposals and select suitable vendors.
  • Create comprehensive project implementation plans with clear milestones.
  • Manage all phases of project execution using Agile methodology.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and address any concerns.
  • Conduct Cost/Benefit Analysis for optimization solutions.
  • Prepare and present final project reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance and closure of recommendations.
