  • Collaborating on proposal writing and presentations, ensuring they reflect the excellence and innovation of our firm.
  • Playing a vital role in implementing client relations programs and representing our firm at trade shows, fostering connections that drive growth.
  • Generating insightful reports from commercial database, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Utilizing your analytical skills to evaluate commercial data and make informed decisions that propel our projects forward.
  • Demonstrating impeccable computational skills in MS EXCEL, adept at conveying complex information effectively.
  • Mastering the requirements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring our responses are comprehensive and competitive.
  • Coordinating with Discipline Leads to gather technical inputs essential for successful proposals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across different regions to address RFP scopes thoroughly and accurately assess costs.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with sub-consultants in alignment with industry standards and risk management protocols.
  • Leading the preparation of proposals, integrating win themes tailored to address client needs comprehensively.
  • Staying abreast of market trends and competitors, enabling strategic positioning in our proposals.
  • Ensuring all legal qualifications and risk management directives are meticulously incorporated into bid documents.
  • Promptly submitting well-considered proposals to the Risk Committee for review and approval.
  • Meeting proposal deadlines consistently, maintaining our reputation for reliability and professionalism.
  • Crafting presentations for Risk Committee meetings, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Active participation in Risk Committee meetings, supporting the Capture Manager in delivering impactful presentations.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering their professional development and ensuring project success.


In this role, your commercial acumen will be instrumental in driving our firm's success, shaping the future of Engineering and Architecture one bid at a time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Architecture or Engineering).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-undergraduate education, with proven experience in delivering technical submissions on project in the Middle East.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in architecture and engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction industry practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing technical bid documentation, conducting scope analyses, and developing innovative project delivery solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in graphic design tools and techniques to create visually appealing and impactful bid presentations.
