Brand Manager Emiratization
Job Summary
The Manager Branding will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility patient trust and community engagement across the UAE market. The role will lead integrated branding and marketing initiatives focused on enhancing brand perception driving patient engagement and ensuring all communications and campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with local market expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Marketing
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and branding plans aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Lead end-to-end execution of branding and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strengthen brand visibility and positioning within the UAE healthcare market.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving patient trust awareness and community engagement.
- Ensure all campaigns messaging and communication materials are culturally aligned and relevant to the UAE audience.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints and service lines.
Campaigns PR & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute healthcare awareness campaigns launches PR activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities government stakeholders healthcare professionals and external partners.
- Coordinate with PR creative media digital and communication agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Develop and review press releases PR briefs marketing collateral and communication materials.
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values and culture.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Drive digital marketing and social media engagement strategies to strengthen online visibility and audience engagement.
- Support data-driven marketing initiatives including digital campaigns online engagement tracking and audience insights.
- Monitor social media trends market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Market Insights & Performance Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps patient behavior trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Track campaign effectiveness marketing ROI and engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and performance insights for senior management.
- Recommend improvements and optimization strategies based on campaign performance and market feedback.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal operational clinical corporate and leadership teams to ensure aligned and patient-centric messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in branding marketing or communications roles.
- Prior experience within healthcare hospitality retail or service-oriented industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand management digital marketing PR campaign management and social media strategy.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
- Excellent communication presentation stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with agencies media partners and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
