Group Business Analyst

As Group Business Analyst you will play a key role in analyzing business performance supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency across the portfolio.

You will work closely with finance operations and asset management teams contributing to data-driven decision-making and supporting the groups growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance across the hotel portfolio
• Develop and maintain management reports dashboards and KPIs
• Support budgeting forecasting and long-term planning processes
• Provide insights on revenue performance cost optimization and profitability
• Partner with operations and asset management teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Contribute to investment analysis feasibility studies and new project evaluations
• Support pre-opening and integration of new assets
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications :

• 48 years of experience in business analysis finance consulting or asset management
• Experience within hospitality real estate or investment environments is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Srong academic background in finance business economics or relqted field from a recognized university or business school
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI AI or similar)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and rigorous approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in French a plus
