About the Role
AsInfluencer Coordinator you will support the planning coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across LINKVIVAs projects.
This is ahands-on detail-driven rolewhere you will manage influencer relationships coordinate deliverables and ensure content aligns with campaignobjectivesand brand standards.
You will act as a key link between influencers internal teams and external partners ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output across all collaborations.

- Support theplanning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Coordinateinfluencer outreach shortlisting contracting and scheduling
- Manage day-to-daycommunication with influencers and talent agencies
- Track and managedeliverables timelines and usage rights
- Review influencer content to ensurebrand alignment and quality standards
- Collaborate with social media and content teams to aligncampaign messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute toreporting and insights
- Supporton-site coordination of influencer activitywhenrequired
- Maintainaccuraterecords ofcontent contracts and campaign outputs
About You
35 years of experience ininfluencer marketing talent coordination or social media
Strong understanding ofUAE and GCC influencer landscape
Highlyorganisedwith the ability to managemultiple collaborations simultaneously
A strong communicator with excellentrelationship management skills
Detail-oriented ensuringdeliverables and timelines are consistently met
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments withtight deadlines
Proactive and solutions-focused in managing challenges
What You Need to Apply
35 years of experience ininfluencer marketing social media or talent management
Strong understanding ofinfluencer ecosystems (macro micro niche)
Experience managingcampaign coordination and content deliverables
Fluent inEnglish and Arabic (spoken and written)
Based in the UAE or open to relocation
