Job Summary
Job Title: QA/QC Site Engineer (Electrical/MEP/Civil)
Location: Abu Dhabi (Al Dhafra & Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) Sites)
Job Type: Full-Time Site-Based
Salary: AED 13000 to AED 19000
Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Site Engineer to join our clients team for site-based projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and control across Electrical MEP or Civil disciplines with exposure to utility and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures in line with project requirements
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Identify report and resolve non-conformances (NCRs) in coordination with project teams
- Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed QA/QC reports
- Investigate quality issues perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with contractors consultants and clients to address quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Site Engineer (Electrical / MEP / Civil)
- Hands-on experience with projects involving TAQA / DEWA / SEWA / FEWA / Private utilities
- Strong knowledge of quality standards inspections and compliance procedures
- TAQA Approved Competent Person certification (mandatory)
- EMAL Receiving Authority (RA) approval is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Work Conditions
- Fully site-based role
- Projects located in Al Dhafra region and EMAL sites (Abu Dhabi)
