Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a globally recognized multi-regulated financial brokerage firm that offers online multi-asset and CFD trading across forex crypto stocks commodities indices and other global markets providing traders with advanced platforms expert insights and secure trading solutions and is seeking to onboard a Country/Regional Manager based in MENA.
Position: Country/Regional Manager
Work model and location: Remote within MENA
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute the overall market strategy for MENA
Drive client acquisition deposits and trading volume growth
Build manage and scale a high-performing IB and affiliate network
Establish strategic partnerships within trading communities and fintech ecosystems
Lead local sales and business development initiatives
Represent the business as the key market ambassador in MENA.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Arabic with English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Proven experience within FX CFD or online trading environments
Strong existing network of IBs affiliates or trading communities in China
Background in roles such as Country Manager Head of Sales/Business Development or Senior Affiliate/IB Manager
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations independently
Comfortable operating in a performance-driven high-ownership environment.
