Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe organized and secure movement of employees and transportation resources in support of ongoing security operations in the UAE providing point-to-point coordination and on-ground guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of up to 3000 employees ensuring security compliance and timely arrival at designated locations.
- Manage employee grouping bus onboarding and border checkpoints providing clear instructions and guidance to maintain order.
- Direct employees to hotels airports and other designated areas while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Oversee the operation and safety of 50 buses monitoring schedules routes and responding promptly to any security or logistical issues.
- Act as the primary liaison for bus drivers site staff and employee groups resolving operational and security challenges in real-time.
- Ensure all activities adhere to UAE security regulations company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational coordination and crowd management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle large groups safely under high-pressure situations.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Prior experience in security operations marshalling or logistics coordination is preferred.
