Strategizing planning and directing commercial activities to align with the organizations strategy. The main responsibility for this role is leading the commercial team manage business development and expansion foster partnerships and ensure the companys products and services meet market demands.
Job Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new markets business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Team Management: Build lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team including sales business development and partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture key partnerships to drive business growth and enhance Mazeeds market presence.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key commercial KPIs ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer needs and market trends to refine Mazeeds offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations and product teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on commercial metrics.
