Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the NDE schedule in line with project priorities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors (e.g. BCTS) to ensure timely mobilization of NDE resources.
- Ensure all NDE activities are aligned with ITPs project specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure timely uploading of NDE reports procedures and related documents to platforms such as WRENCH.
- Maintain accurate logs of NDE activities results and pending actions.
- Verify that subcontractors follow approved procedures and meet project quality standards.
- Serve as the focal point between the main contractor NDE subcontractors and client representatives.
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Communicate NDE status constraints and requirements to the construction and QC teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 68 years of experience in NDE coordination within oil & gas or EPC projects.
- Experience working with ADNOC or similar is preferred
- ASNT Level II (UT/RT/MT/PT) or equivalent.
- PCN RTFI
- Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME API AWS).
- Proficiency in document control
- Strong communication abilities in English.
You are someone who:
- Good communication skills
- Is able to work both independently exercising professional judgment and coordination skills
- Has excellent organizational skills
