Job Specific Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a projectenvironment.

- Has a good understanding of onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to process design for oil andgas/refinery/petrochemical facilities.
- Good working knowledge to carry out process calculations equipment sizing good HYSYS simulation concept and handson experience.
- Effective technical and practical engineering skills and able to consistently deliver quality accurate and timely work toWorley and its clients.
- A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the process discipline and the basic requirements of otherdisciplines.
- A good working knowledge of Shell DEPs API Standards (API-520 API-521 API-14C API-14E) and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Competent in the use of relevant software and process discipline specific software.
Industry Specific Experience:
- Experience in process engineering experience in oil and gas for offshore and onshore projects
- Experience in engineering in offshore same or similar industry including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams. Site experience is an advantage and willingness to travel to site and work in an operation support environment is essential.
- Excellent Process Simulation Skills for Plant and Pipelines is Essential.
Education Qualifications Accreditation Training:
- Full-Time Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university

Primary Objectives / Responsibilities
- Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Supports the standardization of equipment specifications drawings and document templates.
- Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge legal requirements and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.
- Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.
- Supports the processes for checking peer reviews and incorporation of comments and findings.
- Ensure recognized onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to process design are adopted.
- Prepares design specifications for process works.
- Knows the discipline scope/cost/time requirements assists the team to meetexpectations and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project success.
- Supports management of project change and progressing for the disciplineand works with the Project Management Team to take corrective actionsregarding any issues staffing requirements scope changes progressing orother events that could affect project completion and/or profitability.
- Plans discipline quality monitors quality activities recommendsimprovements and takes action where required.
- Provide technical support within the discipline team liaise with the projectteam and consult with relevant resources as required.
- Coordinate review and approval of design and interfaces on clientrequirements and specifications.
- Prepare Process scope of work (SoW) and seek agreement from supervisingSenior/ Lead Process Engineer (or designated representative). The ProcessSoW must clearly state the workscope manhour budget and schedule tocomplete the work.
- Estimate Process manhours for any job using the current TW Process manhour norms.
- Ensure all work is checked and approved before issue.
- Responsible for maintaining work progress (budget schedule) and raising change documentation where necessary.
- Supervision of Process design work budget and schedule in Project workwhere requested by the Lead Process Engineer.
- Gathers data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studiesanalyses calculations etc.
- Determines technical issues defines alternate solutions establishes pros/consfor multiple solutions and makes recommendations through official projectdocuments such as technical queries technical deviations etc.
- Creates final documentation incorporating all relevant information andpursues customer approval.
- Perform discipline specific engineering services such as:
- Identify and report changes to project scope;
- Contribute to appropriate studies analyses and recommend actions;
- Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawingsspecifications data calculations and reports;
- Provide assistance during procurement construction and commissioningactivities.
