Job Summary

Position: FX Sales Retention Agent with English

Location: Dubai UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary Commission.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the companys products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in English both oral and written.
Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
Computer savviness
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills.
