Job Summary
We are looking for a Lobby Hostess to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai!
In this role you will welcome guests with professionalism and grace assist with inquiries and help create a seamless and elegant guest experience. Strong communication skills and a polished appearance are essential to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions within the hotel
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services
- Maintain the lobby areas appearance and ambiance
- Manage guest waiting areas and seating arrangements
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Female candidate (due to accommodation arrangements)
- South African or European appearance preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Well-groomed presentable and confident appearance
- Positive attitude with a professional and polished demeanor
