Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor specializing in Islamic Financing to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will provide expert guidance on Sharia-compliant mortgage products to our diverse clientele ensuring their financial needs are met while adhering to Islamic principles.
- Achieve mortgage business targets by actively promoting mortgage products and cross-selling other banking products as appropriate
- Offer Islamic mortgage products and services to clients explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for Islamic mortgage products
- Analyze clients financial situations and recommend appropriate Sharia-compliant mortgage solutions
- Stay up-to-date with UAE banking regulations and ensure all recommendations comply with Sharia law and local regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to process mortgage applications efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients real estate professionals and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns
- Contribute to the development of new Islamic mortgage products and services
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends client portfolios and performance metrics
- Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public about Islamic financing options
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Islamic mortgage advisory or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Proficiency in financial analysis and mortgage calculations
