MAN Financial Services is embarking on an exciting expansion in the MEA & CIS Regions. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Brand Director for MAN Financial Services to lead our financial services operations report to the Regional Director Head of Area International and steer the operation towards achieving its strategic goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization drive business expansion together with MAN ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business.

Your Mission

As Brand Director you will be fully accountable for the financial services business across MEA & CIS driving profitable growth strengthening market presence and ensuring operational excellence.

You will act as a strategic partner to MANs regional organization and distributors aligning financial services with vehicle sales to maximize customer value and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Development

• Define and execute the regional financial services strategy aligned with MANs commercial objectives
• Develop product portfolio strategy (financing leasing insurance) go-to-market plans volume targets profitability and risk appetite
• Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion across existing and new markets

Sales & Marketing

• Partner with MAN distributors to develop strong financial services penetration strategies
• Lead brand positioning and marketing initiatives across the region
• Establish and optimize sales processes contract management frameworks and performance tracking

Financial Performance & P&L Ownership

• Full P&L responsibility for the region
• Deliver profitable portfolio growth in line with strategic targets
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required

Credit Risk & Compliance

• Oversee credit underwriting and collections within defined mandates
• Ensure balanced risk management aligned with business growth ambitions
• Guarantee full compliance with internal policies and local regulatory frameworks

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong trust-based partnerships with MAN regional leadership and distributors
• Collaborate closely with TRATON Financial Services Middle East and TRATON Finance International
• Act as the key regional ambassador for MAN Financial Services

Leadership & Organization Development

• Build lead and develop a high-performing regional team
• Set clear objectives and performance standards
• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
• Extensive experience in financial services ideally within commercial vehicles and asset-based financing
• Proven experience in P&L responsibility and scaling operations
• Strong commercial acumen combined with sound risk awareness
• Demonstrated leadership capability in multicultural environments
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English
