Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads bridges utilities rail Industrial Buildings).
- Review tender documents drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
- Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Perform rate analysis for materials labor equipment and subcontract works.
- Lead bid preparation pricing and submission within deadlines.
- Conduct cost planning budgeting and forecasting for projects.
- Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications standards and client requirements.
- Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
- Negotiate rates and finalize cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and project teams during bidding.
- Prepare estimation reports bid summaries and management presentations.
- Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related Field.
- Minimum 815 years of experience in construction industry.
- Min 4 years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & Cost Planning BOQ preparation & Quantity Take-off Tendering & Bid Management Rate Analysis.
