Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning execution and management of civil and interior fit-out projects ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision and execution of civil fit-out or renovation works
- Interpret technical drawings specifications and project plans
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior engineers or project managers

Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and other site professionals

Ensure health safety and quality standards are maintained on-site
- Prepare daily progress reports material requests and inspection schedules

Support quantity surveying cost estimation and documentation tasks
- Manage client inspections and resolve site issues in coordination with the team
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE (interior fit-out or construction preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and basic project tracking tools

Familiar with UAE construction regulations and safety standards

Strong site coordination and communication skills
