Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a client in the sustainable packaging industry that specializes in paper bags and related eco-friendly packaging products. Made from renewable and recyclable materials these solutions help businesses reduce their carbon footprint while meeting growing demand for sustainable alternatives. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote these products locally expand the customer base and support the companys green mission.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable paper bag and packaging solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and customized proposals.
- Stay informed on industry trends product developments and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the paper bag packaging or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly packaging trends and customer expectations.
- Results-oriented with a passion for sustainability.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally..
