Job Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Female Personal Trainer to join a premium women-only fitness facility in Ajman.

This is an exciting opportunity for a trainer who thrives in a results-driven environment and is motivated by both client transformation and personal growth. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional training experiences driving personal training revenue and contributing to a strong member community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and tailored fitness programs

- Drive personal training sales through consultations and member engagement

- Build strong client relationships to support retention and results

- Maintain accurate client tracking and uphold professional standards

Requirements:

- Certified Personal Trainer (REPs NASM ISSA or equivalent)

- Minimum 12 years of experience in a gym environment

- Experience training female clients preferred

- Strong sales and communication skills

- CPR & First Aid certification

- Professional energetic and well-presented
