About the Role

We are seeking a senior education leader to own the design and delivery of a large-scale AI-enabled learning program focused on career pathways future skills and student readiness.

This role will lead all learning design content production simulations assessments and partner content across a national platform serving tens of thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities

Own the learning strategy and curriculum framework across all pathways
Design coherent learning journeys covering:
Lead multidisciplinary teams (designers SMEs producers)
Ensure content is AI-ready data-driven and scalable
Align freemium and premium offerings
Maintain quality relevance and cultural alignment
Work closely with technology AI and PMO teams

Requirements

12 years in education EdTech or learning program leadership
Proven experience leading large-scale digital learning initiatives
Strong understanding of career readiness and post-secondary pathways
Experience working with AI-enabled tools (conceptually not technically)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred
