We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Chemical Engineering Teacher/Tutor to deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate-level students. The ideal candidate will simplify complex engineering concepts support students with coursework and exams and foster strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Teach core Chemical Engineering subjects including:
Material & Energy Balances
Chemical Reaction Engineering
Thermodynamics
Fluid Mechanics
Heat & Mass Transfer
Separation Processes
Process Control
Support students with assignments projects and exam preparation
Explain concepts using real-world and industry-based examples
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
Maintain professionalism and adherence to academic standards
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering (PhD preferred)
Prior teaching tutoring or academic mentoring experience is an advantage
Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to teach online and/or in-person
