The Role

We are seeking aSenior Program Manager Salesforceto lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients and projects in the EMEA region.

This roleis responsible forensuring that Salesforce engagements delivermeasurable business value predictable delivery outcomes and strong commercial performance.

You will oversee multiple Salesforce programs mentor Project Managers and work closely with practice leadership architects and client stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and long-term account growth.

This role reports totheSalesforce Practice Leader-EMEAand plays a key role in strengthening Horizontals consulting-led delivery model.

WhatYoullDo

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs ensuring delivery aligns with clientobjectives timelines and contractual commitments.

• Establish strong program governance including executive reporting risk management anddeliveryhealth monitoring.

• Ensure projects consistently delivertangible business value and customer outcomes not just technical deliverables.

• Lead issue resolution and escalation management for complex or high-visibility programs.

Commercial & Financial Accountability

• Own program financial performance includingrevenue realization margin protection and cost management.

• Monitor program budgets and proactively address risks related to scope timelines or commercial performance.

• Ensure disciplinedchange control andscopemanagementacross all engagements.

• Provideaccuraterevenue forecasts anddeliveryhealth insights to practice leadership.

Client Partnership & Strategic Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders ensuring programs align with broader business and digital transformation goals.

• Identifyopportunities foraccount growth innovation initiatives andadditionalSalesforce capabilities.

• Support sales and pre-sales activities including proposal development delivery planning and estimation.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead mentor and develop Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams.

• Foster a culture oftransparency accountability and continuous improvementwithin the delivery organization.

• Work with practice leadership to strengthen delivery standards tools and governance frameworks.

Delivery Excellence

• Ensure delivery teams follow best practices acrossAgile delivery program governance and quality assurance.

• Partner with solution architects and functional leaders to align businessobjectiveswith technical implementation strategies.

• Continuously improve delivery processes resource models and delivery predictability across the practice.

• A strategic delivery leader who understands thatsuccessful programs combine consulting technology and business transformation.

• Comfortable operating at bothexecutive stakeholder level and program governance level.

• Commercially aware and capable of making program decisions that protectmarginwhilemaintainingclient trust.

• A strong communicator who can influence stakeholders navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams.

What You Bring

• 8 years of Salesforce consulting delivery experiencein a System Integrator or consulting environmentmanaging enterprise digital transformation programs.

• Proven experience leadingmulti-project Salesforce programsacross Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.

• Strong understanding ofAgile delivery models and enterprise program governance.

• Demonstrated experience managingprogram financials forecasts and commercial outcomes.

• Experience working directly withsenior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Prior experience supportingRFPs estimations and delivery planningfor new opportunities.

• Familiarity with tools such asJira Confluence and enterprise delivery governance frameworks.

• Relevant certifications across Salesforce (Administrator Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud) and program management disciplines (PMP PRINCE2 CSMSAFe) are desirable but not essential.
