Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer (Contractual Role) to join our Engineering SCADA department in Sharjah-Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and operate the SCADA system to ensure continuous and reliable system performance.
Perform data validation of data on SCADA System (From field till Aveva Platform)
Ability to schedule plan and perform validation-verification tasks
Prepare checklist (site wise) and execute system verification of SCADA system
Monitor system alarms events and logs and respond promptly to abnormal conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA software communication and integration issues.
Maintain system backups restore procedures and data integrity
Support configuration changes system updates and patch management.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation maintenance records and reports.
Assist in system upgrades testing and commissioning activities when required.
Ensure high system availability and minimal downtime for critical operations.
Ability to Design write implement test and document SCADA and HMI logic/scripts.
Develop and execute SCADA system validation/testing protocols.
Install test and commission SCADA systems onsite.
Good hands-on experience on project documentations MS Office (MS Excel Word Power-point)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or Computer Science.
Minimum 5 years of experience with AVEVA System Platform.
Experience with Schneider M340 PLC will be an added advantage.

Organized efficient and able to perform under pressure.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Skilled at identifying errors and implementing corrective actions.
