Sr. Specialist Operations
Job Summary
- Oversee store asset details such as no of racks chiller freezer stores sizes how stores are being utilized
- Work with local ops team to improve space utilization
- Come out with framework to measure standard category level utilization and do benchmarking across markets
- Define store category level how much stocks skus can hold to drive availability and assortment impact
- Work with local ops team to start tracking space and opportunities for area of improvement
- Work with SC and Commercial team to increase assortment in stores where space available
- Work with local markets to identify store opening plan based on operational efficiency and store capacity to hold assortment
- Work with BI team to build dashboard for leadership team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely organized and process-driven
- Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet MS Excel Data studio SQL and Big QueryStrong problem solving abilities
- Track record of gettings things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
- Having strong Warehouse ERP experience
