Job Summary
Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Tractor Operator for a busy Dairy Farm in Abu Dhabi. You will operate and maintain crucial agricultural machinery primarily tractors and support essential farming tasks that are diverse and require a combination of technical knowledge physical labor and an understanding of farm management practices. Your role is vital to enhancing the farms productivity and upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive tractors and other farm machinery to carry out essential agricultural tasks on the farm.
- Assist with planting cultivating and harvesting crops used for dairy production
- Move feed tools equipment and other products around the farm as needed to support daily operations.
- Conduct regular checks on tractors and machinery reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean organized and properly stored to ensure smooth operations and safety.
- Work collaboratively with farm staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating tractors or agricultural machinery
- Knowledge of dairy farming operations is an advantage
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Benefits
Salary package is 2300 AED with accommodation and food.
