BLUCO LLCFZ is urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabicspeaking Talent Acquisition Manager / Admin Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role combines HR recruitment administration and client relationship management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage daytoday administrative operations including document control employee records and office coordination.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
Draft review and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are properly documented and executed.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
Prepare reports assist with planning and support management with HR and clientrelated projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Administration and Client Management within the UAE.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contract procedures.
Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
