Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and courteous Emirati receptionist to join our medical center team. Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

- Schedule reschedule and cancel patient appointments efficiently.
- Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointment times.
- Ensure accurate and timely appointment reminders for patients.

- Answer and manage phone calls addressing patient inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or diplomas in office administration or healthcare are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience 13 years in a medical receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
