- Communication:Communicating with customers kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure timely food delivery
- Handling customer complaints:Addressing customer complaints and queries
- Training and supervising:Training crew members and ensuring they are welleducated on food handling procedures
- Preparing for service:Preparing for service also known as mise en place
- Processing payments:Processing payments
- Providing safety and security:Providing safety and security for guests
- Responding to service challenges:Responding to service challenges and solving problems
