Job Summary
ISS International SpA Abu Dhabi Branch is looking for an Oil&Gas Recruiter Junior to be based at our offices in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
- Post job ads on professional sites job sites and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
Requirements
- Experience in Recruitment tools such as Linkedin ATS MS Word MS Excel and English fluent.
- Maximum 2year experience in Recruitment area.
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced working environment
Here below all other details:
Job Location: ABU DHABI
Duration: 12 months liable to extension on permanent basis
Working Schedule: 48 hours/week from Monday to Saturday
Rotation: UAE Resident
Contract: Local Employment
