Job Summary
Position: FLATBED Trailer Driver
Salary: 2500 AED
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a flatbed trailer to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Secure cargo properly using straps chains and tarps to ensure safe transportation
- Inspect and maintain the trailer and its equipment reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles (category 4)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a flatbed trailer driver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to operate a flatbed trailer safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when necessary
