Ontime Healthcare is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Consultant specializing in Hair Transplant Services at our Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. As a key player in our team you will be instrumental in showcasing our advanced hair restoration solutions and driving client engagement to achieve exemplary sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our hair transplant services to potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits processes and aftercare of hair transplant procedures.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales techniques to meet individual and clinic-wide sales goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
- Participate in workshops seminars and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive client experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant particularly within the aesthetic or healthcare sector.
- Extensive knowledge of hair transplant services and aesthetic treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-driven organized and able to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.
