Job Summary
Were hiring an AI Product Leader to drive AI Factory programs for major UAE public-sector clients. This high-impact role combines AI strategy technical consulting and product leadership requiring strong Generative AI expertise and the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives.
What Youll Do:
- Define AI vision strategy and roadmaps aligned with national priorities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Factory projectsfrom ideation to deployment.
- Own product requirements technical specs and success metrics.
- Advise senior stakeholders and present executive-ready recommendations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and compliant with Responsible AI standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Generative AI fundamentals (LLMs RAG prompt engineering).
- Technical consulting and executive advisory experience.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- DevOps for GenAI AI solution design experience
Qualifications:
- 812 years in AI product leadership or consulting; 35 years advising executives.
- Track record of delivering AI solutions in regulated/public-sector environments.
- Bachelors in CS/Engineering; Masters preferred. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
