IIQAF is excited to announce an opening for an Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Dubai. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic hospitality industry where creativity and organization come together to deliver exceptional events.
As an Event Coordinator you will play a crucial role in planning and executing a variety of events that enhance our brand and delight our clients. You will collaborate with vendors manage logistics and ensure that every detail is meticulously handled to create unforgettable experiences. Join us in making a significant impact within our organization while enjoying a competitive salary range of AED 7500 - AED 9500 monthly.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and clients to ensure seamless event operations
Manage budgets and track expenses for various events
Develop event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Oversee event setup including audio-visual requirements and seating arrangements
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events
Maintain a detailed database of event contacts and vendors
Assist in marketing and promotional activities related to events
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Event Management or related field is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of event planning software is an advantage
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
