Job Summary

Our client is a high-growth B2B services platform supporting enterprise and government clients across the UAE and GCC. The business is scaling its commercial operations and market presence.

The Role

The Vice President will lead sales strategy market entry and revenue growth across priority sectors. This role will oversee enterprise sales teams key accounts and strategic partnerships. A key focus will be building predictable pipelines and long-term client relationships. The VP will refine pricing models sales governance and performance management frameworks. The role will work closely with product and delivery teams to align offerings with market demand. This position will report directly to executive leadership and influence overall growth strategy.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior B2B sales leadership experience within services platforms or technology-enabled businesses. Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles is essential. Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial ownership leadership maturity and strong negotiation skills. Experience building and scaling sales teams is required. Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline is critical.
