Were looking for a Specialist Vendor Operations - Key Accounts to join the team and focus on growing our own Non-Food Market Place.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional & local operations team to improve operational metrics & setting vendors up for success
- Resource Planning with Picker store staff; looking at the demand and how this will translate to resources needed
- Tracking of operational process across markets such as; new vendor onboarding auditing of catalog clean up inventory integrations and other local processes
- Support local markets with processes / initiatives that are outside of BAU tasks
- Daily review of performance & monitoring of inventory / price updates identifying any issues and resolving to ensure correct availability & prices
- Regularly reviewing vendors assortment looking at orders generated & top out of stock worst offenders; sharing market level reports with the local teams
- Creating basic processes such as device uniform ordering etc
- Market point of contact for any technical or process issues review incident tickets / providing guidance / solutions immediately
- Collaborate with market vendor coordinators for best practices and lessons learned
- Ability to carry out daily checks with limited support ensuring all local processes are followed and completed
Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics operational role
- Strong vendor operational knowledge
- Demand and resource planning experience
- Ability to document processes and guidelines
- Ability to work with data and highlight key insights
- Confident solving minor issues efficiently understanding which issues require escalation and proposing documents/changes to mitigate
- Understanding of grocery operations (advantage)
