Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings shop drawings joinery drawings and as-built documentation using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
Develop plans elevations sections details and 3D drawings as required for project execution.
Coordinate with architects structural engineers MEP teams and contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes local municipality regulations and authority submission standards.
Provide support during project design and construction phases including site measurements and inspections.
Update and revise drawings based on consultant/client comments RFI responses and site conditions.
Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper documentation control.
Assist in preparing authority submission packages and follow up on approvals when needed.
Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.
