Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan schedule and oversee daily O&M activities related to Telecom Power Plants HVAC systems (split units package units chillers) and other E&M infrastructure.
- Prepare and manage CWP Operating Manpower and ADCAB budgets; monitor monthly expenditures and ensure compliance with approved limits.
- Compile project requirements assist in finalising technical specifications estimates and schedules; coordinate with HO consultants and contractors.
- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid service interruptions especially for telecom-critical systems.
- Supervise installation testing and commissioning of E&M systems; ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Identify equipment and plant needs in advance and plan augmentations accordingly.
- Monitor spare parts stock levels track usage and initiate timely reordering.
- Guide and train subordinate staff on the operation and maintenance of both existing and new equipment.
- Participate in emergency breakdown repairs when necessary and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure compliance with defined safety standards and company procedures.
- Report regularly to E/PP&AC on progress issues and updates related to ongoing work and projects.
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE ;
- Bachelors in Engineering (Masters preferred)
- 10-12 years of experience
- Telecommunication/power industry preferred
