The MMP Portfolio Leader will be responsible for executing a major transformation of the $1B Multi-Year Maintenance Programs (MMPs) segment to deliver $ 250 million incremental growth by 2030 and drive significant efficiencies across the portfolio working in close partnership with Region ITR teams. This is critical global leadership role will report to the Transactional Sales Leader for Global Services and interface regularly with Global Services SLT.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading and growing a team of portfolio excellence managers and regionally aligned MMP Parts & Repairs Sales Managers.

  • Engage closely with Region ITR Leadership team to drive portfolio growth

  • Meet and exceed KPIs for Orders revenue and margin

  • Drive contract compliance margin expansion and 100% visibility to backlog & pipeline

  • Ensure robust MMP portfolio health with structured contract reviews & score cards.

  • Drive a holistic system strategy to ensure accurate global forecasts & portfolio performance.

  • Drive a continuous improvement plan to enhance operational efficiency and elimination of non- value-added activities through Kaizens Standard work and Problem solving.

  • Lead management reviews of Portfolio performance budgeting and long-range planning

Required Qualifications:

For Europe Locations;

  • Bachelors Degree from accredited university or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • Proven experience leading large and diverse teams in a global environment.

  • Significant experience in the power generation services industry with deep domain expertise in Services Sales/Commercial/Operations.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios rallying multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to deliver desired outcomes.

  • Strong business acumen and experience leading large projects.

For Middle East / U.S. Locations;

  • Bachelors Degree from accredited university

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading large and diverse teams in a global environment.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation services industry with deep domain expertise in Services Sales/Commercial/Operations.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios rallying multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to deliver desired outcomes.

  • Strong business acumen and experience leading large projects.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $151400.00 and $252200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: Sales Incentive.
