Job Summary

In this role you will be responsible for the upkeep of plant equipment and carryout preventive/ corrective maintenances to improve productivity of manufacturing facilities.

Responsible for upkeep of plant equipment and carryout preventive/ corrective maintenances to improve productivity of manufacturing facilities.
Follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)& Safety regulations in day-to-day activities.
Complete assignments on day to basis and report deviations and take necessary actions.
Coordinate with production & logistics team external contractor teams for specialized system maintenance and project execution.
Planning and coordinating maintenance engineering work including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications performing engineering review of proposed new equipment designs to assess reliability ease of maintenance and availability of replacement parts.
Liaises with production staff to coordinate repair work statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules.
Participates in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE) and will report to the Maintenance Engineer.
You should also have the following qualifications:
ITI/DIPLOMA in Electrical.
Atleast 3 years hands on experience in Paint/Chemical industry.
Trouble shooting with VFD Pannels and starters like DOL RDOL STAR-DELTA
Testing of LT Panels PCCs MCCs & Capacitor Banks
Maintain balance in work culture and healthy relation with all the employees.
Should have hand on experience in Electrical Mechanical Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
Should have English proficiency - Speak Read & Write
