Job Summary
Site Structural Engineer responsible for carrying out site inspections to verify that structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and applicable codes/standards. The role involves inspecting reinforced concrete steel and masonry works; reviewing workmanship materials and sequencing; and identifying non-conformances with timely corrective actions.
The engineer will coordinate with contractors consultants and inspectors; witness key activities (reinforcement fixing formwork concrete pours steel erection); review method statements and ITPs; and prepare concise inspection reports. Compliance with local authority requirements health & safety regulations and quality procedures is essential.
