Role Purpose

The Healthcare Support Representative is a UAEbased role responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of healthcare projects across the UAE while providing operational support to dealer partners across the GCC region. The position is primarily operational with approximately 7080% of the role focused on coordination documentation and internal followup and 2030% supporting dealer and client interactions related to healthcare opportunities and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Operational Support

Support the coordination of healthcare projects and opportunities by maintaining organized project information tracking key activities and ensuring timely followup on requests and action items. Assist the Healthcare team in preparing project documentation proposals and internal updates to support effective decisionmaking and project execution.

Dealer & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a coordination point between MillerKnoll Healthcare and dealer partners across the UAE and GCC. Facilitate clear communication dealer training timely information exchange and alignment between dealer partners internal teams and other stakeholders involved in healthcare opportunities.

Team & Client Support

Assist the Healthcare team in preparing for client meetings product presentations and healthcare facility visits. Support interactions with dealer partners and healthcare clients when required ensuring project discussions information requests and followup actions are clearly documented and communicated.

Communication & Responsiveness Expectations

Maintain consistent responsiveness during working hours and ensure timely communication with internal teams and dealer partners. Provide clear updates on project status followup actions and any issues requiring attention.

Minimum Requirements

• University degree completed or in progress

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)

• Willingness to travel within the UAE when required
