We are looking for an experienced Cathodic Protection Inspector with hands-on expertise in DCVG (Direct Current Voltage Gradient) and CIPS (Close Interval Potential Survey) techniques. The candidate should be capable of conducting on-site surveys and analysis to assess coating condition and CP system performance in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform DCVG and CIPS surveys on buried pipelines and facilities.
- Analyse data identify coating defects and evaluate cathodic protection effectiveness.
- Generate detailed technical reports and survey maps using appropriate software.
- Ensure compliance with NACE ISO and client specifications.
- Coordinate with integrity engineers contractors and site teams to plan and execute inspection activities.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or 10th standard in science.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Cathodic Protection Inspection especially DCVG and CIPS.
- Certification in CP (NACE CP Level 1 or 2 preferred).
- Familiarity with relevant standards (NACE SP0502 ISO 15589).
- Proficiency in using CP survey equipment GPS and data processing tools.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
