Job Summary
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management (varied levels to fill 5 positions).
- Hands-on experience using SAP Signavio or any BPM solution (ARIS IBM Blueworks Nintex Camunda etc.).
- Experience modelling and analyzing business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Exposure to process mapping within large-scale organizations (construction engineering real estate infrastructure or similar industries preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
- Strong command of BPMN modelling principles.
- Working knowledge of Signavio modules (Process Manager Workflow Accelerator Collaboration Hub).
- Ability to document processes clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP / PMIS / engineering tools) is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Signavio certification.
- Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence roles.
- Exposure to real estate construction engineering asset management or PMO functions.
- Knowledge of lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Experience with data-driven process analysis or process mining.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
