environment pharmaceuticals and manufacturing
Generate leads conduct client meetings and close service contracts
Achieve revenue targets and support long-term growth strategies
Prepare commercial proposals quotations and agreements
Client & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Act as the primary liaison between clients and laboratory technical teams
Understand client testing requirements and recommend suitable lab services
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Strategy Development
Conduct market research to identify new sectors services and pricing opportunities
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Support development of new testing capabilities based on market demand
Participate in trade shows exhibitions and industry events
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with laboratory operations quality and technical teams
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and services
Maintain CRM data sales pipelines and client records
Prepare regular performance forecast and market reports for management

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biotechnology Microbiology Agriculture Environmental
Science or related field
3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within laboratory testing
