Job Summary
Role Description: Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM and GIS models for infrastructure and traffic systems including roads utilities and corridors. Coordinates with planners and engineers to integrate design and spatial data resolve clashes and update models. Ensures compliance with BIM standards authority requirements organized documentation and timely delivery of coordinated drawings and outputs
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed BIM and GIS models for infrastructure and traffic systems including roads and utilities. Prepare coordinated drawings layouts spatial maps and model-based documentation.
Integrate survey data alignments corridors utility networks and GIS datasets into BIM models.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards GIS protocols and authority requirements.
Update models and spatial data according to design revisions and traffic studies.
Maintain accurate levels coordinates geospatial data and technical inputs.
Manage model and GIS documentation with proper version control.
Conduct quality checks on models maps and drawings. Support the preparation of technical presentations spatial analysis outputs and submission packages.
