We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator Interior Fit-Out to support the execution of interior projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of design drawings BOQ preparation estimation vendor coordination and project documentation with hands-on UAE market experience.
Project & Design Coordination
Review and coordinate architectural MEP and joinery drawings.
Ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications and client requirements.
Coordinate with designers and drafting teams for revisions and approvals.
Track drawing submissions approvals and revisions.
BOQ & Estimation
Prepare BOQs based on drawings and project scope.
Assist in cost estimation and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
Support in cost comparison analysis and budgeting.
Vendor & Site Coordination
Liaise with subcontractors suppliers and site teams.
Follow up on material submissions approvals and deliveries.
Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules.
Support the Project Manager in daily site coordination activities.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation (submittals RFIs method statements material approvals etc.).
Prepare progress reports and project tracking sheets.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project standards.
Organize and maintain project files and correspondence.
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
Good understanding of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Available to join immediately.
Knowledge of joinery and custom interior works.
Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and procedures.
Strong vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
