- Act as the technical expert for the following solutions focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
- Trend Micro Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
- SentinelOne End-to-end EDR operations including agent lifecycle management threat hunting and automated remediation.
- CrowdStrike Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform ensuring full visibility threat detection and incident containment.
- Operational Support:Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
- Support the project cycle under guidance:
- Data Gathering & Documentation Assist in understanding customer environments and maintaining technical documentation.
- Deployment & Testing Participate in the configuration and validation of endpoint security policies.
- Handover Help prepare technical runbooks for customer handover.
- Technical Fundamentals:Maintain strong basics and understanding of cybersecurity networking and system fundamentals.
- Continuous Learning:Demonstrate a willingness to learn and train on new security solutions as market demands evolve.
- Health Checks:Perform routine health checks for existing deployments and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
